Library and Senior Center

Anticipating the future needs of a growing population, the town of Chaplin, CT chose to renovate an existing 12,000 square foot building for use as both a new library and senior center. Originally an elementary school, the building was gutted and redesigned with library space, large and small meeting rooms, community room with kitchen, and several flexible staff work rooms.
