A 13 unit condominium project has been designed along the shores of New Haven's Quinnipiac River on a former single family residential site. The project has three components: the renovation to an existing house, construction of eight new contemporary and spacious condominiums (above), and the addition of a common deck and public walkway along the water.

Construction is slated to begin in 2008.
