Efficient planning in this isolation unit maximized the usable square footage of available rooms, anterooms, nursing facilities and support spaces. Six code modifications were required to change the use from a prior office occupancy. Our creative solutions and close working relationship with authorities having jurisdiction allowed us to expedite the project to meet a difficult design schedule.
