Hall of Graduate Studies Yale University, New Haven
The bathroom renovations at Yale University's Hall of Graduate Studies were phased in order to upgrade and make accessible the bathroom and shower facilities on all floors of the graduate student's six story dormitory building with minimal disturbance to the students. ADA compliance issues as well as upgraded engineering and new finishes were included in our scope of services.
The University renovated the six-story building while the building was vacant, during the summer hiatus. Within this strict construction schedule, constructions was completed three days ahead of schedule in August 2005.
