Bridgeport’s Hallen Elementary School Get Visit from Kenneth Boroson Architects
Two employees of Kenneth Boroson Architects, Noel Lopez and Orrieon Cowes, spent a recent afternoon with second graders at Bridgeport’s Hallen Elementary School. They brought design drawings for a school currently under construction and gave the students an overview of architecture and building. They emphasized the importance of math, communication skills, and writing skills and then they answered a myriad of questions, such as, “why do grown-ups have to work?” and “how much money do architects make?” Their teacher, Ms. Suda, was enthusiastic about the children’s interest and pleased with their attention to the program.
Kenneth Boroson Architects and it’s joint venture partnership, Boroson-Falconer LLC is committed to providing thoughtful community services throughout Connecticut’s urban schools. We are an active participant at the Truman Elementary School and support it’s reading readiness programs and their science fairs.
