Set on a secluded tree-lined slope, this small cottage was transformed into a spacious home when we added 340 square feet to the living room. Facing the lake, the rear of the house is framed by a 75 foot mahogany and white cedar deck and gazebo. We added 140 square feet to the master bath and included a whirlpool tub, oversize custom shower, with access to a hot tub, and outdoor shower located on the deck.
