Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate with principal,associates, or project manager in the development of design solutions for various projects.

  • Completes drafting projects accurately based on sketches, written or verbal direction by project manager or supervisor.

  • Ability to proactively ask questions and/or clarify direction to produce work correctly the first time.

  • Create photo-realistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders.

  • Assist in creation of various materials for client presentations.

  • Accurately measures and draws field survey work in Revit and AutoCAD.

  • Transforms initial architectural designs into working drawings, using AutoCAD or Revit according to job specific requirements.

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture with 0-2 years experience working in an architectural office or related field.

  • Proficient in latest version of Revit.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and Auto CAD.

  • Working knowledge of Photoshop/ Adobe Creative Suite and Excel are a plus.

  • Proficient in developing hand sketches in plan, elevation and or 3D views.
